Cancellations: To cancel your bike order, please call us within 24-hours of purchase.

Returns & Refunds: If you are not happy with a ParBike you have 14 days to ship it back. We will inspect the bike to ensure that it is in new condition. If it is, there will be a 15% restocking fee and customer pays for the return shipping.
If the bike has been customized (custom colors, accessories that are not listed on our website), we will not refund the purchase price.
we do not accept exchanges.
Refund processing time 10 days.

PARBIKE QUADRICYCLE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our ParBikes are shipped to your door nearly fully assembled shrink wrapped on a skid – all you have to do is add the rear fenders and accessories (if any). For the fenders used the nuts and bolts (included) in the rear fender braces.

We recommend that you check the air pressure in the tires and you are READY TO ROLL.
